Lot 1 Block 1 of Comanche is about to look a little bit different… or familiar depending on how you look at it.

With two floors of striking architecture, Lot 1 Block 1 is ready to be restored with both nods to past and the present. Lot 1 Block 1 will under go full renovation of both floors with the ground level focused on retail and on premise food and beverage service and the second level housing office space/loft style living rentals. The building still boasts original floors, doors, ceilings and much of its original charm and will receive an overhaul of essentials with updated plumbing and electric. We are also very exciting to undertake the replacement of the iconic Queen Anne Turret as pictured above.
